Recommendation: Double breading makes the difference (flour → egg → bread → egg → bread) = better sealing.
2. Repeat the breading process for extra crispiness.
3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

• Lightly spray with oil and arrange the sticks in a single layer.
• Cook for 6–8 minutes at 400°F, turning after 3–4 minutes. Remove when the outside is golden brown and the cheese is just beginning to melt at the ends. If they are thicker or very cold: 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
