Corn flour 500 g
Margarine 200 g
Water 400ml
Grated double cream cheese 400 g
Salt
Preparation
Heat the water with half of the margarine.
Mix the flour with 1/3 of the cheese, salt, and warm water with margarine until you have a smooth dough.
Make small balls of dough, making a hole in the middle to add the cheese.
Shape the balls into arepas and brown them in a pan with margarine for 5 minutes on each side.
